The Fuller Center for Housing of JoCoMo recently received an email from David Snell, president of The Fuller Center for Housing world-wide non-profit. We would like to share his words with you.
“We’ve heard from many people who saw “Project Christmas Joy” on the Hallmark Drama channel after its premiere [earlier this month], and they all loved it. The one-hour special shines a spotlight on The Fuller Center for Housing’s tornado-recovery efforts in Lee County, Alabama — efforts that have led to 18 new Fuller Center homes, including 11 that were built during the 2019 Millard Fuller Legacy Build.
“We also heard from many people who said that the Hallmark Drama channel was not available on their cable, satellite or other TV provider. Well, I’ve got good news: The show has received such positive reaction that it has been placed on the Hallmark Channel Everywhere online platform. Now, you can view it for free on your computer, tablet or mobile device. You just have to sit through commercials … although the first commercial I saw was for STIHL. That seemed fitting since our friends at STIHL donated battery-powered lawnmowers to each of our families at the Legacy Build this year!

“If you do have Hallmark Drama on your channel lineup but missed the premiere, it will be rebroadcast at Sunday [Dec. 15] at 9 p.m. and on Christmas Day at 8 p.m.
“Our success in Lee County this year is the direct result of supporters like you who offer prayers, financial contributions and/or time to build these safe, new homes. We’ve had partners from the Lee County region and from across the United States offer their help. And, most importantly, we’ve had outstanding leadership on the ground from the Chattahoochee Fuller Center Project, led by Executive Director Kim Roberts, who is featured prominently in “Project Christmas Joy.”
“Again, thank you so much for being part of our affordable housing ministry!”
The Fuller Center for Housing of JoCoMo also thanks you for your support whether it be hands-on as we build our latest home in Warrensburg, financially through your donations or through your prayers. It is our intention to have our most recent home ready for occupancy on March 15.
