Margot proudly serves in the United States Air Force as a Technical Sergeant in the Low Observable Aircraft Structural Maintenance career field. She is very appreciative of her husband and son, especially considering the demands of the family’s military lifestyle. Margot currently attends the University of Central Missouri, where she is pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Management and Organizational Leadership. This educational endeavor aligns with her career aspirations, as well as her commitment to the Fuller Center organization.
When asked why she volunteers for the Fuller Center of JoCoMo, she explained, “In 2017, my journey with the Fuller Center began through volunteering, where I met Barbara Curtis, whose unwavering dedication to the organization’s mission deeply inspired me. I witnessed firsthand the impact of Fuller Center’s efforts to provide warmer, safer, and drier homes to our local community. This led me to take on greater responsibility, and in 2023, I became the volunteer committee lead and joined the board. My passion for helping others is the driving force for my community involvement. There is nothing more fulfilling than to lend a helping hand where it’s needed most!”
Happy people shine brighter and there is nothing that shines brighter than Margot’s smile, can-do attitude and compassion.
